The terms appended below govern Publishers' use or reprint of articles from ArticleSphere.com.

By accessing and using or reprinting any of the articles from ArticleSphere.com, you signify your Assent and Agreement to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, do not use the site.

Publishers hereby agree:

1. To include the "Article Source: ..." at the end of the article, in each and every article from ArticleSphere.com that you have chosen to reprint. The "Article Source: ..." must be an active direct static link clickable by web visitors, and indexable & followable by the search engines.

2. To limit the number of articles you obtain from ArticleSphere.com for reprint to 50 per unique domain name you own per calendar year.

3. To respect and not to infringe the Copyrights of article Writers/Authors including but not limited to the following:

• Reprint the entire article "AS IS" without any changes.



• Include the full Writer/Author Byline or Resource Box.



• Make sure all existing hyperlinks in the author resource box are active (i.e. clickable), and can be indexed & followed by the Search Engines, that is to say, you cannot place any "rel=nofollow" tag in the HREF statements.
• Make sure that the aforesaid hyperlinks are "direct static links", that is to say, you cannot redirect the links via Javascripts or any other domain URLs.

4. Not to translate and reprint the articles in any other languages other than the English language.

5. Not to use or reprint the articles in any commercial or paid print publications where you receive revenues and/or benefits from the sale of such print publications. You may however, reprint the articles if your print publications are given away free of charge, that is to say, you do not receive any benefits from such print publications whatsoever.

6. Not to use or reprint the articles obtained from ArticleSphere.com for spamming.

7. Not to use or reprint the articles obtained from ArticleSphere.com in websites or ezines that contain or engage in pornography, racism, hate, warez and other illegal and/or offensive activities.

8. Not to sell the articles obtained from ArticleSphere.com, whether individually or compiled.

9. The articles may have (hypertext) links to other unaffiliated websites, and ArticleSphere.com is not responsible for their content. Your access and use of such linked websites is at your own risk.

10. Furthermore, other than those of ArticleSphere.com, links to other websites or references to products, services or publications do not imply the endorsement or approval of such websites, products, services or publications by ArticleSphere.com.

11. Contents including articles posted on the main ArticleSphere.com Blog, and all Article Blogs may Not be reprinted.

12. These Terms of Service will apply to your every access to ArticleSphere.com. ArticleSphere.com reserves the right to issue revisions to these Terms of Service by publishing a revised version of this document on this site.

13. If you breach any of these Terms, your authorization to use ArticleSphere.com automatically terminates and you must immediately destroy any downloaded or printed Content.

16. These Terms of Service shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Singapore. To the extent that you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate ArticleSphere.com, its Parent Company, Owner, and/or its Affiliates' intellectual property rights, ArticleSphere.com, its Parent Company, Owner, and/or its Affiliates may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
